For what purposes and on what legal basis do we process your personal data?
We will process your personal data in order to manage any application as a candidate for the personnel selection processes available on the Portal, to which you may apply as a User of the Portal.
The basis that legitimizes the processing is the application of pre-contractual measures in relation to your application as a candidate in the personnel selection processes available on the Portal.
What personal data will be processed?
The categories of data that will be processed will be those that you provided when registering as a User of the Portal and/or at the time of your application as a candidate for personnel selection processes, and which comprise the following categories:
Identification data (name, surname), contact data (email, telephone), office where you want to work, academic and professional data, as well as other data that may be contained in the Curriculum Vitae attached.
Throughout the selection process, and especially during the interview phase, the recruiting team may carry out assessments and/or evaluations of the candidate, which will also be considered personal data.
In exceptional cases and only if strictly necessary due to the characteristics of the vacant position, special data relating to the existence of a disability may be processed.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data will be kept for as long as the selection process to which the candidate has applied remains open. Notwithstanding the above, once the selection process is closed, the data provided by the candidate as a user of the Portal will be kept in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Additionally, we may keep the data blocked for a maximum period of 3 years in order to respond to possible legal and/or administrative obligations.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the company.
We inform you that in the event that it is necessary to carry out an international transfer of data, we will adopt the guarantees required under the applicable regulations.
Safety Measures
We are committed to keeping your personal data secure, taking all reasonable measures to do so. We implement all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with the regulations in force against any unauthorized access and modification, disclosure, loss or destruction. We demand and legally bind our service providers who may handle your personal data to do the same.
What Are Your Rights?
You can request confirmation from the company regarding whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, you may access them. You may also request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request their erasure where, among other reasons, the data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances it is possible to request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain them for processing claims and/or responding to complaints.
If you have given your consent for the employee referrer to be informed of the status of your applications, you may revoke this consent at any time via your user profile on the Portal. Such revocation shall not be retroactive.
Finally, where appropriate, the right of portability may be exercised to obtain the data in electronic form or to have the data transferred to another company.
